So for the past month or so overtime has been forbidden unless under special circumstances, even if you tried to go on insite a pick up a shift if you were going into OT it wouldn't let you. So know I tried to pick up an extra shift which put myself in OT and it lets you. I wonder if its a glitch in the system or maybe they realize now they really don't have much of a choice since the majority of the stores are understaffed.

It’s a glitch. They’ll figure it out and bring you down below 40 hours.
I know the sales people can’t get overtime some of them are only working 4 days minimum. On the other hand receiving, processing and merchandiser are working 6 days and are in overtime. In my store receiving, processing and merchandiser are working 6 days to get ready for a visit. But the store still looks like a disaster
