Allscripts' EHR products are hemorrhaging customers. The hope is the new Avenel EHR will be the next big thing and replace all our EHRs, but the executive team on it is so incompetent that, after over two years, they still haven't been able to sell it to a single customer.

2 clients with Pro were on Avenel....actually. For many years.
Smoke and Mirrors. That's all Avenel ever was. They could never get it working well enough to do a full demo. The videos or whatever was available was cobbled together bits and pieces and just enough to make it look good and get people interested. The entire leadership team raked in the cash, wasted it on some office in the middle of nowhere that had beer on-tap, highly inappropriate naming conventions .... oh and those same execs raked in so much money, they had charging stations for their Teslas built in the 1 stop light town. Just call it the town that Allscripts built! Any legit products that really needed the money didn't get it because it was all funneled in that direction. Oh well. The shell game is still going and no one will probably be none the wiser anytime soon.
JF and team should be fired for massive non-performance
They had no one on avenel ... Only 1 client who would test.
They canned avenel a year ago... moved everyone from Avnl to TW.
Didn't they give the cr-p to a client few years back?
Four years ago and still

You mean Harris EHR.
Avenal was originally supposed to replace PRO and then scale to TouchWorks.
It was also supposed to come about 5 years ago.
