My hours are cut, but I am still expected to do almost the same amount of work as before. Has this happened to anyone else? This company never gets tired of squeezing us more and more every day.

CVS leadership are sociopaths (see @OP+1c0MEkZZ). They do not see employees as peers, or as anything to bargain or reason with. They can and will exploit you and anyone who is foolish enough to get hired.
Complaining will do nothing. Going on strike will do nothing. Threatening to quit will do nothing. The only winning move is to not enable sociopaths. The only winning move is to quit.
Keep on squeezing the Orange until there is nothing left, then throw it away and get another one. This is CVS!!!!
