Thread regarding Thomson Reuters layoffs

The company's reputation

TR should take a little more care of its reputation. Ever since I started working here, I think the collective opinion regarding this company has never been worse.
The only thing I'm not sure about is what damages the reputation of this company the most (out of so many things that aren't good here)?

The company’s reputation? Declining products, angry customers, and abusive leaders in Canada and Switzerland (which is an illegal tax dodge). Whatever bad reputation TR used to have, it is far worse now than ever.

What matters is that the customers are pi---d. Next recession, TR will find out as thousands of frustrated customers will be cutting their subscriptions.
