The negativity surrounding this company on this board (and the press in general) seems to be severely misguided. The ER today shows the resiliency of management and their ability to turn things around. I am proud to be part of this organization and hats off to Treadway and C-suite for pushing through these challenges and coming up with stellar Q1 numbers. Street seems to like the results as well. Now let's work on addressing the debt and get the stock back into the 20s.

ER key word adjusted, they are still sitting with a loss and a decrease in cash flow yoy and debt levels remaining at $9.5 billion yoy with yoy interest exp unchged at $137m. They still have a tremendous amt of work to do to fix this place. Spin this $h!t as much as you like, they still blow. Ticktock, the debt terms are coming and they have no money to pay. What will they do? Refi at higher rates increasing the related expense. Selling a business line doesn’t fix the ever increasing % rates. Hope you have buckets to bail while the suite has their parachutes to jump and run.

Yup, only a smarmy c-suite type could have written that cr-p. Burnout is huge at CommScope. Every employee with a brain hates the useless, overpaid HR p-m-p-m queen, all of most of the c-suite, and most of the SVP (including the id--t running BBN). People are fleeing. Those who aren't are thinking about it.
