People can’t leave fast enough. Everyone is sick of this place. More and more people are leaving.
The pressure on us who are still here is growing. It also motivates those who planned to stay for a while to leave earlier.
Replacements happen very slowly. Obviously not all of us are as easily replaceable as they thought.
There’s still a segment of desperate, marginally skilled peeps that come here.
Approvals take long but cant fill openings anyway. NO ONE WANTS TO WORK HERE

i left last year...people are jumping off MSD ship from what i hear.
surprises me that anyone would actually want to work there. given robust job market, clearly the clueless or desperate.
