Doma hired a large bunch of people to work remotely in November and then as of today, 5.5 months later they are laying them off. Terrible decision makers and they are destroying lively hoods of families!

I was one of them. This company is poorly managed. The CEO is a Cali man who wanted a piece of the pie. He has no clue what title and escrow are and cannot ever compete with the big time title companies such as First American and Old Republic. The company grew way too fast and hired mass people only to lay off. They hire people with no industry experience and get rid of the ones like me who had over 20 years experience. Glad to be gone. They did me a favor. They run some departments like grade school. Very poor management as well all around. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians
