I have heard that major layoffs are coming in sales, and customer service. They over hired and have way too many agents, at least 1000 will get let go.
Any news which departments will most likely get cut?
Only a question of time..Niraj & Steve are under immense pressure. This is basically the same situation as 2020 during the first layoffs.
Confirmed. A hiring freeze is being in place right now and next round of layoffs will be announced before the Q2 earnings call.
