Unfortunately, I don't see any improvement. This place is as toxic as always.

Must be a “Fellow” from honeywell whining he is still a looser.
Maybe you need to go to BLR to learn the va lie of hard work. I must have fired you from my project.
I would describe it as a bunch of overpaid underperforming complainers. Look at the posts here, always whining about something. Jealous of others who work hard and move up the corporate ladder. Honeywell dumped the worst performers on Resideo.

It's been terrible here for a long time: unrealistic schedules, overworking engineers, some engineering managers that wouldn't know quality (or care about it) if they sat on it, project manager's that push too hard, terrible requirements, etc.
Many Fellows from honeywell are even seeking his knowledge and advice which says a lot about his technology knowledge.
Who cares? Everybody here just coasts along working on nonsensical projects that never produce anything. And collect money from old products. Great place to "work"!
From either someone that left and should not care or someone that is too incompetent to get another job.
