Take ALL emotion out when you take the survey BUT be 100% honest.... just like they are with your review and career. They are not going to do any favors for you!

They pay no mind to the surveys to make any improvements. Their interest is to know who gave them the negative feedback so they can short listed to be given a bad review and then terminated in the guise of poor performance.
Why are you doing free surveys--which is really free corporate consulting for them?
