We are bringing in more people from Wells Fargo. Why? There are plenty of capable people within RJ who could be put in those positions, and who earned to be put in those positions. No wonder so many are opting to leave when there are so few opportunities to advance your career within RJ. You have to leave the company to get a promotion.
