Never lull yourself into a false sense of security. You're not safe as long as there's somebody in another country who's willing to do your job for a fraction of what you make. This has been happening for years and this will continue to happen whether our results are good or bad. Your job is never safe.

Who’s in charge of the transformation in Bville?
I was shocked when I learned who they put in charge of the transition in Bartlesville, that vindictive toad is the absolute worst kind.
Created many of the problems we are now working to undo and solely responsible for a lot of highly skilled talent walking out the door ... then again maybe that's what they want.
It will always be, no exceptions, what can make the shareholders happy and like the CEO and CFO - and a few more of the top bonus earners - nothing else is considered and never will be.
The IT functions that were outsourced to India are horrible. For one, they are bad at picking up the phone and helping you work through an issue. They prefer to IM like high school girls and then when you do get one on the phone, holy sh-t, who can understand what they say?
Outsourcing good paying American jobs to another country is trash, a low brow way to save a few bucks…on a spreadsheet and power point anyways. Sorry Janice, our patriotic American company is outsourcing your $65k job to Bangalore, we hope you’ll understand what it means to shareholders. That’s chickentsh*t. I’d love to hear someone ask our sensitive CFO how much we’re supposedly saving and the associated impact on the business.
You would think the horrible service MSP has caused would make the company re-evaluate their outsourcing projects......you would think. The new software programs that were supposed to save money and improve processes have only added work and time to tasks.
As long as you don’t care about quality of work.
