As somebody who has been with Amazon for five years, I feel sorry for all of those who're hoping to get a job here. I don't know how this place gets the good rep it gets (other than in the warehouses, of course) but it's not as good as you think it is. The pay is good, that's true. It doesn't erase the toxic culture and fear-based management, among many other things. Just saying, be careful what you wish for.
