I like my job at Frontier. The usual lack of job security sucks but I enjoy what I do and I'm surrounded by good people while I'm doing it. I can't figure out where all this hatred for the company is coming from. If you hate it so much here, why stay? Why not move on to a better place?

Totally agree, if you don't like it then grow some and move on. Only the weak and incapable (or stupid) will stick at a job or company they don't like. Frontier is on a roll, it is improving daily and I love my job. Wish all the negs would retire or leave.
What a clown! How about the company improves ! You keep that attitude “oh just leave if you don’t like it” and you’ll be left with people as worthless as management and the executive team. You think any of them care?? They are all here for the payoff like all before them. They want to be like Stratton with his 48 million for doing nothing. Nick same thing just waiting for his 3 million bonus to jump ship
Give it time. This company will wear you down and make you a cynical old timer eventually.
I still enjoy doing the job itself, just hate all the BS I have to deal with from FTR while trying to do it.
I enjoy it here. Union tech. Haven't been here long enough to share the same views as the old timers, but I genuinely care about the job and customers.
