Yes, I have been searching as well for months and yes, I have had half a dozen interviews so far and I'm yet to get one offer that's not insulting when it comes to the pay. I know my worth and I know it's clear to anybody who looks at my resume and yet nobody is willing to pay for it. Now I wonder if all these people are leaving for lower pay or if I'm doing something wrong.

I got an offer from NG but it required me to move to Northern California. I did get a pay increase and benefits are a lot better.
Highly technical positions and engineers I believe are making more money elsewhere. I think it also depends how long you’ve been with company.
