For whatever it's worth, there's been talk of a booster mandate at Pratt.
This is all online. OSHA has canceled their covid policy in late January. The Supreme Court put an injunction on the Biden presidential order. The CDC has gone to a voluntary policy. Additionally, the CDC admitted that non-surgical, and Non-N95 masking doesn't really work.
The unions should band together for wrongful termination lawsuits. They should also make this public in the new articles.
At first, Raytheon claimed they were only following CDC guidance. Now that the CDC put out their latest guidance stating that unvaxxed individuals can be unmasked, Raytheon claims the company is going "above and beyond" to put the safety and well-being of their employees first by making unvaxxed wear mask.
If that’s their policy it’s blatant discrimination, does anyone know anyone who has filed a complaint with the EEOC? If not they should. Companies can’t do that to employees private company or not employees have rights. If you know anyone still working there putting up with that they should file a complaint
At the building I work in MOST of the people who would have been fired/relieved whatever word you want to use, they quit beforehand. The ones that stayed and refused to mask, vax or test weekly were let go. So no they weren’t entirely empty threats.
Did anyone get fired last year or was it just threats?
That’s insane I don’t know how anyone can work there. Just enabling the nonsense every day you clock in.
