Next week I will submit my resignation and finally say goodbye to Citrix. I thought about leaving for a long time and stayed because I fell for empty promises. I doubt very much that the company can keep anyone with any marketable skills here anymore. Is there anything that would keep you here after you started thinking about leaving?

The post above sounds like StockHolm Syndrome!!! That's what Shitrix does to you!!!!
I haven't even though of leaving for many years. I've never been so certain with a decision to leave in my career as I am now. They pi---d me off with their PRSU comments and that's what triggered me to start looking. Once I started, I realized how many opportunities there are now that remote is a possibility and every single place small and large would pay me more. Even after realizing the possibilities, I still kept on looking for reasons to stay - a sign of strategy, retention efforts, compensation structure, some form of clarity, or at least some honesty. At every turn, the ELT gave me a reason to leave. There has been miscommunication, a weak attempt at retention, and when they bother to communicate, outright lies spewed at these AMA's and GEM's. They really can't seem to do anything right and I've completely lost trust in them and the company. It's a very sad turn of events in a very small time frame.
