Most of the people applying here now are the ones who have no other options. If even those who have no other options stay here for less than a month, then the situation is really worrying. It is not unusual that the new hire does not appear after only a few days of working here. Leadership knows this, because it's impossible for them to not know, as well as the challenges that come with it, but they are still not doing anything to at least try to keep loyal employees who do all the work here. How do you explain this?

Work and life balance doesn’t exist. Jump!!
Leaving the company after 14 years for something bigger and better. It isn’t the same, and the corporate leaders are completely clueless in how to run this company now. It isn’t fun anymore, and people that have been there for a few years are all starting to jump ship.
They really don't seem to care how many people they churn through, even if they are loyal, caring and competent.
