I really hate it when executives talk about how interested they are in employees and the problems they encounter here, but never do anything about it. In reality, they couldn't be more disconnected from employees than they actually are.
In fact, has anyone worked in a company where the leadership is more disconnected from its employees than it is here?

“Leadership disconnected from employees” - biggest understatement since Monty Python “it’s just a scratch”
It’s ok, you won’t have to worry about it much longer. Executives will ride off into the sunset with their golden parachutes and we will be in the bread line.
