I made a quick check with 10 persons in EM. None of us had received any survey or providing any feedback about the medical claims service.
Recently bump into a retiree and he told me that his annuitant medical benefit been removed from EM. Now I understand why there was a switch of company wef from April. Smart decision by some Alex’s.
