After all, each of us can find a job somewhere else. But what about Citrix? Will this company look like the former Citrix in a few years? There are still capable people here but it is worrying what will happen when they all leave? Leadership continues to pretend not to see how much damage the company suffers with every talented employee who leaves.

Citrix products are outdated - none use them as they used to. It's market forces too unfortunately. ELT presses on seeking they own interests, fine, but they found an open would.
They dont care!!! ELT are all millionaires after this and leave the rest of you to suffer through their bad decisions. They all stepped on employees to get up the chain and all forgot where they came from.
