Probably because the pay is unfair. They want to pay new employees a cr-p load while they cr-p on the employees who have worked 15 or more years. It has never been one baker Hughes and it never will be as long as scamonelli is CEO. Also need a makeover and get rid of production managers and supervisors who serve zero purpose.

Maybe it’s because despite the noise of support, employee engagement etc., it’s clear that so called ‘people leaders’ are willing to throw their own staff under the bus as soon as they are under pressure from above.
