BH cares more about everything than its employees. How is it possible that a company cannot ensure that pay is keeping up with the market? What is the problem? Greed? Incompetence?
I'm ashamed that I haven't already left here. A colleague recently left and received a nearly 20 percent increase in pay.

It is truly sad. People who have been with this company for many years are not being paid a decent wage. Yet they will pay employees who have been here less than 3 years a substantial amount. Then they deny the truth when confronted. Everyone of the management needs replaced. They are useless.
We had 3 people leave our group in the past month and all of them left for more money. I’m shocked that BH just doesn’t understand this. Software Engineers are paid horribly here.
Incompetence from having so many former GE managers in upper level positions. They can't see past their own egos.
