You would think a Multimillion dollar company would up the pay for all of it’s employees with cost of living going up. But no they haven’t and probably never going to, this is why the company is loosing some many people.

Anyone else’s store lower the starting pay for g-n sales and hunting department? The listed hourly pay for my store lowered it by $2 after the holiday and cut hours. Seems strange after the only reason we survived during the pandemic was because of g-n/ammo sales.
