That is not accurate. US-based engineering for CVAD, Citrix Cloud, HDX ...
China also has a strong engineering presence, but mostly as a platform team.
The core product teams are in USA.
India owns mostly Workspace app (as a platform).

New leadership at VP/EVP levels. The latest bunch (SAP alums) have destroyed Citrix. Yet no one sees the timeline.

return to a culture where promotions from within are the norm, and outside management hires are rare.
It all starts from a strong product Management team, without that foundation is hard to progress.
And this org has been bleeding in 2022.
Market is red hot and pms are leaving every month.
We are dangerously close to critical mass, any more loses will have a catastrophic effect.
There are dozens of other things to improve,but this one is specially concerning for a tech company that wants to innovate.
If ,on the other hand, the company only wants to milk DAAS ad infinitum, then you don't need a strong PM team.
Just enough to keep it in cruise mode...
If they actually cared about their employees. There is a lot of back stabbing. They need to hire top talent not managers off the street.
