Even those in higher positions, such as our manager, often seem very demotivated. I started looking for another job because there really is no point in starting work every day with total contempt for everything this company has become. Is there anyone who still loves working here?

I would say no. I left a few months ago and all y former teammates are demoralized and want to leave. If you’re in sales I’d look for a new job just based on the fact that you’ll make more money. I’m making 60k more….
