With all the cuts, both our product and customer service have suffered greatly. Instead of working on fixing that, the management is looking for ways to cut costs even further. I guess we have patient customers but even that patience will evaporate at some point. I don't see how we can fix this without actually adding people, instead of getting rid of even more.

The Cerner frontending business disappeared years ago once they moved to a SaaS model. Cerner itself is a huge ADC customer but it's nothing like the days when it was like Epic and everyone needed Xenapp licenses and NetScalers on-prem.
Virtualizing Epic is a massive use case for the Enterprise sales teams and once that business is gone in a few years that will significantly impact the revenue numbers.
And Oracle taking Cerner to Oracle Cloud and browser enable it
Wait until Epic goes full force on with their cloud service and healthcare will start dropping off.
