Attrition is at al all time high. People leave, so our workload increases. Than some new people are hired and we have to teach them , while handling the increased workload at the same time. Then when the ( cheaper) newbies are thought of, they are considered our competition, and in no time you are considered old and expensive. This sickens me.

Then you are laid off with no regard for your many years of dedication and hard work. Just out the door you go with two days to get your benefits in order. It truly is sickening!
