Fiscal year is July through June. Anything likely to happen usually occurs in May. So, hang on and good luck. They may be hitting only the low hanging fruit, this year.
Morally bankrupted... foreclosed, etc. But find the time to fill out ANOTHER SURVEY about internal partnerships. Why spend the money on this nonsense? Nothing the peons have to say makes any difference.
Bad management due to morally deficient manager.
Most of the time, I'm forced to take the blame when its not within my control.
Favortism and discrimination is at an all-time high so its very stressful at times to deal with managers doing that.
Most importantly, there's no career growth due to a irresponsible and demoralizing manager.
HR is not that useful in dealing with bad management.
