Obviously, many don’t know how much harder it is to look for a job when you don’t have a job, otherwise they wouldn’t be waiting for severance pay here. It happened to me once and I hope it will never again. That's why I'm a little worried because I've been looking for a new job for more than two months now and I haven't received a good offer so far. I can't even imagine the stress I would be feeling if I had to look for a job while spending my severance pay from here. My advice to everyone is look for a job while you still have a job!

Agreed. In the definitive proxy statement on page 91 (109 in the PDF) under Employ Benefits Matters it states that until December 31, 2022
"Parent agreed to cause the surviving corporation and its respective subsidiaries to assume and honor the terms of the Company’s severance guidelines."
Which if I am reading it correctly means the traditional Citrix 3 weeks plus 2 weeks per year of service. Yes please.
