This place is constantly changing, but unfortunately, for the worse. Now I feel like I’m working somewhere completely different than when I first came here.
I try to remember all the changes that have happened in recent years and none of them seem to be in favor of employees.

They have:
Taken away monetary employee recognition awards
Taken away monetary awards for service anniversaries
Changed the years additional PTO is acquired
Now refer to us as employees
Voided telecommuting agreements
Fired people in the US to hire people in India
Now only match 401k once a year
Reduced then removed bonus targets
Changed how performance is measured
No longer have a cash balance plan/pension plan
On the flip side, they increased maternity and paternity leave, gave everyone 2 personal leave days, and have started recognizing a couple of extra holidays
