US inflation hit its highest in 41 years. 8.5%. Some may get 5% raise. LOL

Employees are the #1 expense and BSG will milk the revenue until selling off the final pieces. By then they acquired 10 other products to milk and drain. Rinse. Repeat.
I heard BSG is doing a leveling exercise to bring up those that are underpaid (bottom pay quintile) versus band/zone. That'll be in addition to raises. Retention has gotten that bad around here apparently.
Only big blue cronies get promotions and raises.

@svd+1g1S0mZD MSD did get a raise in 2019, but it was ****. I think the average was just over 1.5%. I have a feeling it will be zero again this year, despite zero reason. We're already starting to lose people in large numbers. Forget layoffs, that costs money. Just make them quit.
Our BU confirmed no raise salary, only increase bonus end of yr.
Who got raises in 2021? MSD didn't get raises in 2019, 2020, 2021, and now looks like fking 2022.

Maybe for you. Some BUs got raises last year. It's not merit increase time yet for 2022
