We've recently had a major round of layoffs, we keep having small layoffs every few weeks, we're looking at huge cuts within a few months...knowing all that, why in the world are we currently hiring? And what is being said to those new hires that they're willing to join the company at such an uncertain time as this?

The SMB / Digital sales of AD&S was let go. The department didn't sell anything so letting them go was smart. Sorry if you were in that department...
“What dept are you in? I haven’t seen or heard of anyone getting laid off”
The whole AD&S team was laid off this week. You must not be in sales.
Lower cost, less experienced hires looking for a nice resume bump for the next job.
What dept are you in? I haven’t seen, or heard of, anyone getting laid off. People are leaving in droves, but no layoffs. So many people have left, and continue to leave, that I don’t think they have to cut anyone any more.
It’s no longer about share holder value. It’s about stakeholder revenue.
Look up ESG and sustainability BS and how the world economic forum is forcing this nonsense onto companies. Citrix must be managed by WEF bc they act like them (DK and her nonsense, Tony the Gnome and his mealy mouth nonsense)
shareholder value...
Why would people join this place now. Are they not reading the trade rags etc? What stories are they being told to accept the offer? Linkedin is full of people announcing their new gig at Citrix.
Hire to fire in the next round.
Backfilling roles of all the people that are leaving
