WV is lucky enough to be lumped in with NY and other east coast states during negotiations. Thus, they make $10 more an hour than workers right next door in Ohio (and all the other midwest states).

KEEP AND KERP Bonus structures are by far the worst thing to happen to corporate America!

Yeah, lets retain all of these failed leaders and REWARD them with more cash. No incentives for staff employees.

If you are director and above there is a reason they play the line that everything is OK. For them there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
