The buddy system is in full force. Reverse cards are full at work and show daily.
Do not waste your time unless you can go with the flow and collect a paycheck.
There is a post on another professional job site and she posts about her 15 years at Lowe's, how they terminated her and all the sad things she encountered while she was with Lowe's. Go to LI, read it. Then decide if you need to run or stay and if you stay, you were warned. AR will never be on your side, will never help.
Since they want us to do more with less, just do less.
You forgot to add: "I just received my 13cent raise, I am all alone covering 3 depts, I barely take my lunch and my vest stinks of despair and resentment".
