If those of us who're unhappy are apparently all "trolls who don't even work here" let's hear from those who have it made. Judging by the number of views on threads, there are hundreds of people visiting this page every day. If we're lying, that means everything is great and hundreds of those reading this will be able to share their great working experiences. Right? I can't wait to read all the positive testimonials.

There is nothing positive about this miserable place of employment. I am leaving next week and it can’t come soon enough.
I was happy years ago with MTech supporting tech side of the business until online got more and more popular and other parts of the business slowed down. Once layoffs started happening a lot of negativity followed. Some of the decisions made at the highest levels were head scratching. All about saving money and losing experienced people plus some bad Associates to be fair. I’ve seen so many changes over the years with how the stores operate it’s not even funny. There are 2 constants with Macys up to this day, lack of good management and communication. I have seen a slowdown in business the last 2 months and hopefully it will pick up.
It’s hard to fathom but every day seems to get worse and worse. It is definitely time to update my resume. Macy’s has no redeeming qualities to offer.
when i went to lunch i decided i had enough and never went back its was so happy for me not being apart of a horrible sweat shop anymore.
Duh… it’s a layoff site
