Posting Performance Review Letters on LinkedIn!

I never thought I’d see kids posting their performance letters from Francois publicly on LinkedIn to brag about their “exemplary performance” and not only NOT get socially scorned, disciplined or dismissed—they get a chorus of thumbs up! What a mess!

Linkedin is now the Facebook of working adults...So many people hide their current work place, their credentials, so many post every single online course they take,...no longer a professional platform.
Professional associations like (APEGS, APEGA, etc...) should monitor Linkedin...quite a few advertise their APEGS, APEGA ,...P Eng. status when in fact they are no longer active members...
How can you trust Linkedin...?

LinkedIn has become another garbage social media platform. It used to be a networking platform, but now every second post is political virtue signalling drivel.

Agreed, quite pathetic that they have to have social acceptance that they are doing their job. Posting your performance review just show the immaturity that these employees have. LinkedIn in itself is worthless as well. People just use it to se what other people are doing and to check if they are doing better then everybody else. I know some people who love it when they see people "looking for work". Good luck out there everybody.
