Has anyone heard anything about CPAs being able to onboard clients to RUN in Accountant Connect? Do CPAs even like this? What are their clients doing when they try to set them up and what group at ADP is helping the CPA or the client when they get stuck?

I used to work in client service for run and they would push us to get the client’s cpa information. There’s another dept that services accountant connect they always gave push back when I tried to contact them. I was not aware they can do onboarding but it’s probably for the best since the sales and implementation people would messed up the tax setup and client services would have to fix it.
Just wondering if this is another way to eliminate service jobs.
