Will they still have the $5000 incentive if you sell $700,000 in a year. It seems impossible if you have to be merchandising half of the day,plus there will be less registers. Will it be replaced by something else?

How does this program work?
love this program, we pulled registers off the floor I always have a line of people waiting to checkout. If you are in a busy store it's not hard to earn bonus if you show up for all of your shifts and focus on getting people through the line as fast a possible. I trade all of my shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for weekend shifts. My days go by faster, I make more credit game card money and nobody asks me to do recovery or cleaning like they do during the week. It's also when the store buys food for people.
This program/incentive will continue. $5000 is the lowest incentive goes up to $20,000 for hourly colleagues
yes the replacement will be a new job somewhere else
