I don't understand folks who are not looking to switch companies. We're not paid enough, we have to go through too many organizational changes, and we are constantly stressed due to too many layoffs. Nobody is safe, but especially those who've been here for ten years and more. Leaving seems to be the only reasonable and healthy choice.

I am paid decently, can't complain - but the rest - oh, my. One reorg after another; constant layoffs stress; a problematic culture which has recently overlaid groupthink over the previous organizational inefficiency; grandiose visions frustrated by slow or reduced execution. Won't let the door hit me on my way out.
