Alan mullaly would have focused on people and uplifted great people to the position of power. This is just copying what the California is doing. I have zero motivation to go to work even though for some reason i work for 12 hours daily.

They don’t value engineers but force us to live in fear of layoffs. It affects everyone’s psychology.

Management has been parting out the company since the days of Visteon and even before that when they split of Steel Division in the 1980’s. Many of them lost their jobs. I just hope once the breakup, they don’t then sell it off. I just don’t trust Farley to trust that this is a good thing for the company. What would Alan Mulally do?
