I thought she was going to speak about how raises would look this year. She said she was going to talk about it, but then only talked about how inflation effects operations.

Did you mean equitably for equally? Equitable isn’t everyone getting the same, it’s everyone getting what they deserve.
It’s a stupid question as merit is not allocated equitably across all employees.

Not sure if it was one of the questions or not. I didn't hear her start to mention raises but may not have been fully paying attention. In a different all hands meeting that question was asked to a direct report of Vicki's and the answer sounded positive.
I guess we will find out in the next couple of weeks.
