Time To Talk

Something all employees should know about and how sneaky this company is.

Do you know there is an application called Time To Talk. It's designed for managers and supervisors to make comments every time they discuss any issues with employees.

It's supposed to be for supervisors on up but I got my hands on it. Mine is full of lies.

Please pass the word that this exists. It's time to shut this BS down.

Your manager is supposed to tell you what he's doing when he enters it. If you were not told about this you may have an HR case on your hands.

Seems like Time to Talk is a good way for supervisors to lie and build a record on you so they can dump you anytime. Pretty sh---y.

In most instances it's the MANAGERS who are stealing, sleeping with subordinates, openly discussing/boasting about their pay, making racist/sexist comments but exempt from any corrective action. Corporate protects all management.

Fork em! Stop running around for these overpaid power tripping knob slobbin jerks. When they call these mgr meetings they lock the doors and everything is very secretive.
Need some managers to speak out on this.
