Thread regarding ExxonMobil Singapore layoffs

The number of people in the managerial structure was overblown over the years.

Let’s admit it. Layer and layer of management have been piled up during the years, and we ended up wit a overblown managerial structure where manners lie and shift blame on the employees.
When the cuts come in whatever form, the victims are usually employees and the number of people in management, more or less, stays the same.
When will the leadership figure out that this is the issue that is hurting the company more and more.
