How many of you would accept voluntary separation if it was offered?

Not really. I left 3 years to go to a competitor and they sucked even more. So came back on a higher salary and better conditions.
Be patient… it is only a matter of time. Brush up your skills and look for other jobs in the meantime. Unless you are a yes-person and @$$ kisser, only a matter of time before the RIF will come your way. Sorry you have to go thru this. Take control of your destiny and prepare it will make you feel better.
