This company needs to clean house get rid of old Bally VPs,project management, product, purchasing etc..they make over much and do nothing. The Directors do all the work.

Rob B, one of the greatest leaders in our industry, is again being forced out by threatened so called leaders as they move in their followers. Get it right Silo-bhan, he gave us over 13 years of dedicate, not 3 years. Way to minimize that part.
First we had to deal with dueling WMS and Bally leaders. Now we are in the next phase of outcast Aristocrat decision makers picking off the WMS and Bally leaders. We are all L&W Silo-B@#$&.

The revolving door of SG (LnW) executive leadership. Now LnW EVP HR out. We keep paying folks to sit out 6 month or more before employment then pay them to part ways while their contract runs out. At the same time attrition is at a all time high while focus is on shareholder return. How about market adjustments for current employees? Yeah, I know. It is being looked into.

When is the next rebrand? I’m going to say within a year. The word on the street is this name is an epic fail? When mentioned nobody knows what you’re talking about. A bread company? Diet meals you find in the freezer section? Whoever gave the final stamp of approval on this will probably be the first head to roll. Barry?
The name change is profoundly stupid, but the cherry on the top of this fe--s flavored dessert is the gift boxes we received. Dollar store sunglasses, a mini Co-----e game (a little too on the nose), a sticker, chapstick (again, too on the nose), and a notebook all cheaply branded. Can't wait to see the bonuses and raises, that's the real wonder.
There has to be a back story here. We were lied to that WE were involved in the new company name. This has Barry written all over it. We can see which way leadership is swinging this company. Might as well have called it Glitter & Sparkles. This is what happens when exiles from competitors masked as industry leaders take the reins.
