I thought we didn't have layoffs in a long while but now I read here that there are individual cuts taking place? Is this true? It seems to me that this is something all of us would know about, but I can't be sure anymore. Is there any way we can get more info on this? And is there a way to know if you're targeted?

There are layoffs on the program management side. They are in between IT and business.
