Merger with BP. Mark MY words. Two declining companies are about to kneecap themselves by impairing billions in assets. Financing will get harder. Ben won't be able to build 10 billion dollar H plants on spec.
The future will make these look like the good old days.
I like leaders with vision that wouldn't have invested in the North Stream 2 pipeline in the first place. What part of geopolitical risk did they not get ? Was that box not ticked on the risk register ? Blame the BOM and collect the big fat bonus anyway ?
Loss of revenue could hasten the timing of a new SVS. One can only hope.
No raises and no bonus in 2023 mark my words
Well there we go… will we be kicking ourselves if a ceasefire is announced in the near-term? XOM has not divested their assets at the time of this post.
That’s funny! O&G companies are by their very nature geopolitical. Particularly those companies that are heavily in debt. They become puppets of WEF and the EU to drive the NWO agenda and climate grift. Consider the business and org culture decisions that have been made over the last decade…have they REALLY benefited the company? The employees? The shareholders? Who do they serve?
No way. Sakhalin II is a big cash engine for our powering progress strategy. The company’s main responsibility is providing a world-class investment case - not partaking in geopolitics.
No. Nihilism is the basic premise.
It’s required by law.
We should based on all of our statements about "ethics" recently. However, once again they are always empty words when it comes time to demonstrate what they say, we don't. As employees we should demand that our leaders act and divest our interests like BP has announced.
