I absolutely do not believe in this leadership and I doubt that they even have a clear vision and plan for the future of this company. They may have a good plan for themselves, but I would say they are leading this company in the wrong direction. I hope I'm wrong about these conclusions, but that is my opinion.

Senior leadership is flaccid. Cowing to managers that found the real dirt years ago and have been placated so we don’t bring Devon down.
Think about direction, wonder why you haven't before

This is a commodity based industry.
Management just heads some direction buying time and ultimately the price of the commodity rises underneath there nose.
Management and Wallstreet claim they are geniuses for being in the right place at the right time.
Larry did the same thing until he checked out.
In the energy industry management does not build companies, they just hang out with friends until they leave. There's apps for that.
