Does anyone know anything about new pay structure for Salaried Executives? I know they are planning on taking all hourly colleagues to $15.00 by May, but I'm unclear on any incentives for non-hourly employees. I think they rolled something out during 4th quarter, but I am not recalling all the details. Unless I misunderstood...

I don't know, but I'm a hourly colleague that is currently making $18.90 a hr. And I don't think I'll get more even though everyone else will be coming up to $15.
Prepare to be disappointed. Macy’s will announce something that will sound like a joke, but it isn’t. Once again, they will be giving too little, too late.
According to the portal, and a message from the chief of HR, a timeline suggests that we should know more information this month and these so called "increases" should go into effect in May. I just hope it makes the pay more competitive for all hard working executives in comparison to other retailers and that they aren't just merely giving raises to those who have been working for the company for years and years and make a pittance. I'm expecting more than just the usual 1% and be happy you're getting anything at all. I'm grateful for a job, but a living wage just doesn't cut it anymore. Especially with everything going on these days both in and out of work.
No increase in salary executives pay. Be happy with the fact you will actually get colleagues applying because of the higher hourly pay. This will make your job easier look at that as a raise.
Hire-in rate for professional is now blocked and only accessible by store managers. I’m guessing all mba, ovm and csm saw how little they are paid so they all asked for raise and now they limit the access. So much for transparency.
I haven't received anything extra, and people that I know that I'm comfortable talking with it about also have not received any increases. The hope and expectation is that when we get our merit reviews there will be an additional increase to our yearly salary amount. It's only fair that if these new people are coming in at $15 an hour that the company take care of their existing colleagues both hourly and executives.
